When placing an order, Shipping,and billing information must match. If not, please check out using your verified of account. Our system flags all fraudulent transactions and will not allow us to ship if fraud is detected. If RUSHING your order, your email, name, shiping and billing must correspond.

Please this is for orders about wig coloring. Wigs that are custom color  might be lighter  than it appears in photos

We have different kind of wig cap sizes check out our  WIG CAP SIZES CHART to see the  circumference of the head to know the size that will fit your head. If you have problem of selecting a cap size please send SweetserwaaHair  an email (makeupbysweetserwaa@hotmail.com) or WhatsApp 0636140060. We will assist you to select a wig cap size that will fit you.

All Wigs comes with Adjustable Straps, Combs and Elastic Band included.

SHIPPING 

Please note processing time for Frontals, closures and hair bundles 1 - 2 working days  in Netherlands. Worldwide 7 to 14 working days.

Once unit has been completed it will be dispatched via express or standard delivery depending on shipping method selected at checkout.

RETURNS POLICY

Refunds are only available within 14 days receiving your order, this applies to frontals, closures and hair bundles only. All returned items must be sealed in the same condition it was shipped.

Due to the nature and hygiene purposes, custom wig units are non-refundable. All units are made according to the Wig cap size you selected . Please note that,  we are not responsible for non-accurate measurements resulting in the unit not fitting.

 APPLICATION DETAILS:

- ALL WIGS KNOTS ARE  BLEACHED AND HAIRLINE ARE CUSTOMIZED PLUCKED.

- ADD FOUNDATION OR TINT SPRAY ON BOTTOM TO FURTHER BLEND INTO SKIN COLOR.

- ADD CONCEALER TO PART, TO FURTHER DEFINE THE PART.

- ADD ELASTIC BAND TO MAKE THE WIG GLUELESS. WE ALLOW YOU TO ATTACH BAND SO YOU CAN ACCURATELY MEASURE YOUR PERSONAL COMFORT (WE DO NOT ATTACH BAND FOR YOU).

- USE ADJUSTABLE STRAPS AND ELASTIC BAND FOR A FIRMER AND NATURAL FIT .

- PLEASE IF YOU ARE ORDERING A LACE FRONTAL WIG YOU NEED A PROFESSIONAL STYLIST TO INSTALL YOUR WIG.  IF YOU ARE INEXPERIENCED. OR BOOK AN APPOINTMENT BY SWEETSERWAAHAIR  FOR  NETHERLANDS BASED ONLY.
